  We would recommend to open and edit this file in excel. In cases that you open it, and that you see it with commas, and not like a table, please complete the following steps:\
  1) open file in excel
  2) data tab -> Open From CSV/TEXT File
  3) select the base file and fill it in with the relevant information
  4) please note that under column "username". you can write only in plain English, numbers and all characters need to be LOWERCASE
