2253601-The Judicial Organization of the European Union: The Court of Justice of the EU & the role of National Courts
The overall objective of the project is to support Montenegro in its efforts to adopt the  EU law acquis in order to facilitate their rapprochement with the EU. Furthermore, this project will enhance the capacity of judiciary  to apply and to enforce EU law. In addition, the training activities will also contribute to operate  a review of relevant instruments of national legislation with a view to compare this legislation with EU law and assessing the results of the approximation exercise.
