Safeguarding and enhancing public trust in the management of EU Funds is of utmost importance.
Integrity Pacts (IPs) are innovative tools that help prevent corruption in public procurement by involving civil society organisations (CSOs) in monitoring contracts between contracting authorities and bidders.

This module introduces the Integrity Pact as a mechanism to strengthen transparency, accountability, and integrity in public procurement funded by EU Cohesion Policy 2021–2027. The original training is organised by EIPA as part of a framework contract with DG REGIO of the European Commission. This module walks you through the key phases of an Integrity Pact and includes case studies based on actual implementation experiences in EU Member States.
