with an update on the legal issues in European public procurement. Legal
experts and practitioners will explain in an accessible manner the recent legal
developments and recent case law in the field of European public procurement.
Changes in CAF, CAF 2020 and its relationship with other management and quality tools (13-15 June 2022)
The Common Assessment Framework (CAF) is a total quality management tool (TQM) based on the Excellence Model of the European Foundation for Quality Management and the quality management model of the German University of Administrative Sciences in Speyer. CAF has been specifically designed for the development of TQM in public-sector organisations, starting with a self-assessment of their performance. Since the launch of the first version of CAF in 2000, till the most current version in 2020, more than 4,000 organisations in many European countries and EU Institutions have implemented this quality framework. This training will be focused on the most recent changes in CAF, and respectively on the CAF 2020.
