International CAF Trainers Event - 2024 Edition

After a detailed exploration of the actual training needs among the CAF network, we at the European CAF Resource Centre learned that the community needs hand-on, practical trainings, full of real-life examples.

The International CAF Trainer`s Event is oriented towards the CAF practitioners around the globe. The two-days event had the objective to:

• combine the theory with real-life case studies
• covering soft-skills such as facilitation communication and conflict management
• CAF basics such as CAF ABC trainings & practical knowledge on certification

The participants further shaped the training materials together with us and we are publishing here more and more of the final products for use by the international CAF community, with the sole objective of facilitating organizational development on an international scale through the adoption of the European model of continuous improvement – the Common Assessment Framework.
